2026 Monster Dash

Get ready for one of Lincoln's most beloved fall traditions! Join BraveBe Child Advocacy Center for the 18th Annual Monster Dash, presented by First State. Monster Dash is a family-friendly 5K and 1-mile fun run through Roca Berry Farm that brings together runners, walkers, families, friends, and community supporters for a morning of Halloween fun. Run, walk, or stroll through Roca Berry Farm in your favorite costume while supporting children and families in Southeast Nebraska.

Registration Includes

• Race entry and a runner packet
• Finisher medal
• Fresh donuts from Roca Berry Farm
• Coffee and water
• Free admission to Roca Berry Farm following the race
• 5K participants may also join their child(ren) in the 1-mile race

Costumes Encouraged

Put on your spookiest, silliest, funniest, or most creative costume and join the fun. Kids, adults, families, and teams are all encouraged to dress up and make the course come alive with Halloween spirit.

Race Details

PACKET PICKUP on Friday, September 25 at one of two locations:

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: TBD

4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
BraveBe Child Advocacy Center
5025 Garland Street, Lincoln

Packets include bib numbers, sponsor goodies, and Roca Berry Farm admission ticket for after the race.

RACE DAY

Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. for those still needing their packet

5K Run - Begins at 7:30 a.m.

1-Mile Fun Run - Begins around 8:00 a.m. (once most 5K runners are near the finish line)

Awards announced at the conclusion of the race (between 8:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m.)

Race ends at 9:00 a.m. Guests exit the park and may re-enter for free through the ticket line.
