Get ready to lace up your running shoes, throw on your spookiest, silliest, or most creative costume, and join us for one of the most fun and festive fall traditions in Lincoln! Whether you're racing to the finish line or strolling in style with your little monsters, Monster Dash is the perfect way to kick off your Halloween season.

🧡 Costumes Encouraged!
Kids, families, and teams are invited to run in costume—so go wild! Superheroes, witches, ghosts, unicorns, group themes… we want to see it all on the course.

🍩 Donuts, Coffee & Medals!
Every finisher will be greeted with fresh donuts from Roca Berry Farm, piping hot coffee from Roastbusters, and a shiny medal to celebrate your monster-sized effort! Plus, all registered runners receive free admission to Roca Berry Farm for a full day of fall fun!

🏃 Race Details

5K Run – Begins at 7:30am

• $25 individual / $250 for a team of up to 12
• Includes entry to Roca Berry Farm
• 5K runners may also join their child(ren) in the 1-mile race

1-Mile Run – Begins at 8:00am (immediately following the 5K)

• $15 individual / $150 for a team of up to 12
• Includes entry to Roca Berry Farm

🏅 Race & Costume Awards

• 5K Awards: Top 3 male and female finishers
• 1-Mile Awards: Top 3 child finishers
• Costume Awards: Best adult, child, and team costumes announced at 8:30am—so bring your A-game!

Skip the lines on race day and pick up your packet early!

• 11:00am–1:00pm at First State Bank – 2701 Grainger Pkwy, Lincoln
• 4:00pm–6:00pm at BraveBe Child Advocacy Center – 5025 Garland Street, Lincoln
  Race day pickup: Available at Roca Berry Farm beginning at 7:00am
